Pinning revisions in the tree view used to create a weird limbo state — you'd pin something, the UI would update, but delta counts wouldn't reflect the change until you refreshed. That's fixed.

What's new

• Pin changes now defer until you Submit. Toggle pins in the tree and see them update immediately, but nothing saves until you hit Submit. Cancel rolls back the whole batch. Delta counts now factor in pinned state before you commit, so the tree shows you accurate numbers.

• View mode blocks pinning. You can't pin revisions when you're in read-only mode anymore. Prevents accidental changes when you're just browsing.
